Web & Mobile Applications

Connect your business wherever work happens.

Operations run across offices, plants, yards, weighbridges, vehicles and customer sites. Entries made where the work happens are accurate; entries retyped in the office the next morning are not.

The problem

Why this comes up

  1. The challenge

Operations run across offices, plants, yards, weighbridges, vehicles and customer sites. The people who know what actually happened — the driver, the supervisor, the operator — are rarely the people sitting at a desk.

  2. Why existing approaches fail

Desktop-shaped software pushes data entry to whoever is seated, which means it happens late, in bulk, from memory or a paper slip. The detail that would have mattered is gone by then, and the system's numbers are always a day behind the operation's.

  3. What better looks like

Entry at the point of work, in a few taps, on a mid-range Android phone with two bars of signal — and the office, the supervisor and management all reading that same record moments later.

Our perspective

The hardest constraint in this work is not the technology, it is thirty seconds and one free hand. We design for the person doing the entering first, because a system they route around is a system that has no data in it.

How we approach it

What this means in practice

Built for the field first

Large touch targets, few fields, works on a mid-range Android phone on a weak connection, because that is the actual device.

Offline-tolerant where it matters

A yard or quarry with no signal should not stop an entry from being recorded.

One system, many surfaces

Office web, supervisor mobile and management dashboard reading the same data rather than three disconnected apps.

Capabilities

What we build under this

Not every engagement uses all of it. The scope follows the problem.

Field-first mobile
Few fields, large targets, defaults that are right most of the time. Designed against a mid-range Android phone in sunlight, not a flagship on a desk.
Offline-tolerant capture
Entries recorded without signal and synced when it returns, with conflicts resolved rather than silently overwritten. A quarry with no network does not stop the record.
Web application for the office
The dense, keyboard-driven screens the back office actually needs, on the same data the field is entering.
Management dashboards
The few numbers an owner checks daily, on a phone, without asking anyone to prepare them.
Photo, document and location capture
Proof attached to the record where it is created — damage, delivery, meter reading, signature — instead of arriving separately over WhatsApp.
Notifications that respect attention
The alerts that need an action, to the person who can take it. Everything else stays in a report.

Our approach

Understanding comes first

Whichever solution fits, the process is the same. We start with the operation.

  1. Understand

    How the business actually works

  2. Analyse

Where time, money and clarity are lost

  3. Research

What the better way forward looks like

  4. Design

    Workflows, data and interfaces

  5. Build

    Modern, maintainable technology

  6. Evolve

    Improve as the business changes

Let's understand what your business needs.

Tell us how the operation runs today, what is getting in the way, and where you want it to go. The right solution is an output of that conversation.
